OK, so we have the item number in hex, now we just have to convert it to dec. to use it. However, remember that the servers are big endian, but your x86 box is little endian.
So we have to reverse the byte order. So open your calculator, hit view and make sure scientific is checked, check the 'hex mode' radio button, and input the item number, reversing the byte order - so in this case, we would enter 002f603d (the leading 00 gets dropped- but that is part of the number, not padding).
