Most creatures do not have any buffs that they have on so therefore it is good to use in PvP and shoot another person with it to make them more vulnerable to higher attacks. Flash bomb is good for hunting or PvP, but of course it is the same effect as it is on a monster.
You would use Flash bomb to temporarily stun the opponent vision and then you will be able to hit them with higher power shots as they are running around frantically not knowing where they are. Finally the right side of this tree features two more must haves in 4story Gold. Will of Hunt it explains it self, it adds more damage to your long range attack thus making your arrows hit harder and gets you quicker kills.
Now for Snipe it is a really good skill. If it hits it will deal 190% percent damage of what you would normally deal in a single shot and as you upgrade the percentage of damage gets higher. This is really good to save you in some situations either against a monster or another person.
