Maple Story mesos is the in-game currency earned by killing monsters. A monster book is a book with information about monsters; it shows the picture of the monster, hp/mp, story, item drops and locations of the monster.
How do you view your monster book?
You can easily view your monster book by pressing the hotkey you assigned the monster book key to or you can also double click on any monster and the monster book will automatically open to that monster.
How do I get the information of the monster into my book?
The information of the monster is automatically put into the book once you collect at least one card of the monster. But to collect all information of the monster you must collect five cards of the same monster. Each card you collect will give you a bonus something like this.
