When the situation's grim and the odds are long, the federation turns to the slayers. These greatsword-wielding soldiers can wade into the toughest fights, take on a brutal opponent, or cut down entire squads with their massive blades. Agile and quick, slayers make great scouts and bring much-needed power to the Valkyon Federation's Vanguards-elite reconnaissance and skirmish forces. They also place duty above self, and can always be counted on to cover their party's retreat.
There are many bold slayers in the federation, but there are very few old slayers.
