The first major addition of Aion will be brought to players in September. Runes have turned a few heads due to its popularity for a to-play MMORPG since its release earlier this year in March. How popular is it? The amount of players numbers in the millions.
Not long ago, the technical team introduced two new servers: Reni for PVE and Indigo for PVP. These servers were made to aid handle the influx of new players the Chapter 2 release, The Elven Prophecy, will undoubtedly bring. The first to build a guild castle, and also the first person to make it to level cap, were rewarded with considerable Aion Gold and diamond shop items.
The three new zones will be: Aotulia Volcano, Weeping Coast, and the Elven Island. The huge fire bathed, volcanic area Aotulia Volcano is about the size of Sicilian, Steppes, and the Dragon fang Ridge combined. The Weeping Coast is covered in a rainforest and swamp region, and can be found along the eastern coast of Tabor. The Elven Island acts a new starter zone, as well as the home of the Elven leadership.
