Home » Site News » WoW: Update on Ghostcrawler Absence
You guys may have already heard that Ghost crawler, aka Greg Street, the Lead Systems designer, posted earlier that he was going to be absent from the role forums. And now because of fan support he is come back out and said that he will only be responding to topics he wants.
As we know, the forums are the communication channels between Blizzard and the fan base on changes to WoW Gold and the ideas behind those changes. And Ghost crawler has been the main poster on the forum, offering a unique and exceptionally detailed look at the inner workings of the design process that goes into WoW. But the clamoring forum-goers are picky about his words, often times with such a fine scalpel that things which he says are taken out of context and go against the original meanings. That is why he made the following announcement:
I always said that when my posting was doing more harm than good that maybe it was time to stop. I think I will at least chill it out a little. I will continue to read the forums though. If you want to make sure the WoW developer see your feedback, this is still a good place to post.
